General

5 QUESTIONS

Axion is a feature-rich Discord bot for server management. It covers moderation, auto-moderation, levelling, economy, ticket systems, welcome messages, and more — all configurable through a web dashboard.

Yes. Axion has a generous free tier that covers most use cases. Premium plans unlock higher limits, advanced analytics, and priority support.

Yes. Axion supports unlimited servers on all plans. Each server has its own completely independent configuration, logs, and settings.

Click the 'Add to Discord' button at the top of this page and select the server you want to add Axion to. You'll need Administrator permissions on that server.

Axion is currently available in English. Additional language support is planned for future releases.

Moderation

Users receive warnings via the /warn command. At 3 warnings they are automatically muted for 1 hour. At 5 warnings they are automatically kicked from the server. Every action is logged to your configured audit channel.

Yes. In the dashboard under Moderation → Warning Escalation you can set custom thresholds and actions (mute, kick, ban) for any warning count.

All moderation actions are sent to the logging channel you configure in the dashboard. You can also browse the full audit log at any time from the Mod Log page.

Yes. Use /history <user> in Discord, or open the user's profile in the dashboard to see every ban, kick, warn, mute, and unmute ever issued.

Auto-Mod

Axion supports anti-spam, anti-invite link, profanity filtering with a custom word list, mass-mention detection, caps-lock filtering, and anti-raid join protection.

Yes. In the dashboard under Auto-Moderation → Word Filter you can add or remove words. Changes take effect immediately with no restart required.

Yes. Each auto-mod rule has a channel and role whitelist. Any message in a whitelisted channel, or sent by a user with a whitelisted role, will be ignored.

The offending message is deleted and the action you configured is applied (warn, mute, kick, or ban). The incident is logged to your audit channel automatically.

Tickets

Go to the dashboard → Ticket System → Panels and create a new panel. Set a name, channel, category, and support roles, then click Send Panel. A button or dropdown will appear in the selected channel.

Yes. You can create multiple panels and add categories to each one. Each category can have its own support role, channel category, and optional form.

Yes. When a ticket is closed a transcript is automatically saved. Staff can view all transcripts in the dashboard under Ticket System → Transcripts.

Yes. Enable the Rating System toggle in the dashboard under Ticket System → Configuration. Users will receive a 1–5 star rating DM when their ticket is closed.

Levels & Economy

Users earn XP by sending messages. You can configure the XP per message, cooldown between XP awards, and the XP required per level in the dashboard under Levels.

Yes. In the dashboard under Levels you can assign a role to any level. When a user reaches that level the role is automatically granted.

Users earn currency through daily, weekly, and work commands. They can spend it in the server shop on items you configure in the dashboard. You can customise currency name, symbol, and earn rates.

Yes. From the dashboard under Economy or Levels you can view and edit any user's XP and currency balance directly. You can also reset all data for a user.

Billing

Head to the dashboard → Settings → Billing and select a plan. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your premium features are activated immediately.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard → Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. Contact support with your order details and we'll process it promptly.

Axion never stores your card details. All payments are handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security available.
