If you purchase any paid services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will function uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that the service is free of viruses or harmful components, or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of applicable jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
