Effective January 1, 2025Not happy? Email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked. After that window, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your paid plan for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through. This applies to both Pro and Enterprise plans on your first billing period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at billing@axion.bot from the address associated with your account. Include your account email and the approximate purchase date. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days and send a confirmation once it's done.
Eligibility
Refunds are available for first-time purchases within the 7-day window. Renewals, additional billing cycles after the first, and purchases made after a previous refund on the same account are not eligible for refunds. Trial periods that convert to paid plans are eligible starting from the first charge date.
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period outside of the 7-day guarantee window. If you downgrade or cancel mid-cycle, your plan remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Subscription Cancellations
Canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — your paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which you'll automatically move to the Free plan. No further charges will occur.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before contacting us, your account may be suspended while the dispute is in progress. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — reach out to billing@axion.bot before disputing a charge and we'll make it right.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of paid plans after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
